The installer for my sign was very kind and completed the installation within an hour and a half for a pretty complicated sign. Additionally, they were able to reschedule me when my sign arrived broken from the creator of the sign and worked around my schedule. They're communication was easy and quick! The only negative feedback I have is that there is dried glue visible on the outside of my sign.
