You need to be more full service as in keeping change for customers paying cash, I had to leave with you giving me a future credit. That didn't set to well with me.
I don't feel as if I got enough guidance or advice as to what would be in my best interest. I rely on the experts to let me know what needs to be done. I only have 2 shots to get it right before being charged. Maybe you should offer an initial consultation so the sign person can understand what the customer is looking for? The size was adequate but the letters were not bold enough and my sign cannot be seen clearly from the main road. The turn around time was excellent though.
The colors were completely off. I asked manager to fix that since we needed the sign for a business and the colors have to be exact. He was very rude, unprofessional and aggressive in his behaviour with me. I was shocked to experience this type of derogatory behaviour. He made me feel very sorry for doing business with Fast signs. After this dealing, i would never be able to reccomend Fast signs to anyone.
Everyone is professional & efficient. Takes no time at all to place an order, turn around time for the order is very quick, product is completed in a few days and ready for pickup. I have the neighborhood graduation banner made here year after year.
