I paid for a sign back in January and never received my sign. Before that my sign was falling down and they came to pick it up end of July and didn't return my calls. This is horrible customer service, and I paid for something I did not receive. I called them and they gave me a song and dance and I still haven't received the sign I paid for. Its almost a year and I Want to take legal action because this is ridiculous. Either give me the sign I paid for or refund me my money so I can go elsewhere.

Zack really really responded well to my initial call. When I went to the shop, Zack let me ask all the questions I needed to, he gave clear answers and was very knowledgeable as well.
