As we were working towards getting the sign together, we lost the rep we were working with and had to start over with the information as some was not saved through previous email exchanges.
After being told installation would not be possible due to County permission, we agreed to have the sign printed and ready for installation when we would choose to do so. This would include posts, screws, sleeve covers, and end caps. We did not receive screws with the price we paid but were told what type to buy for ourselves instead.
After agreeing to receive the sign without installation, we were told it would be ready in 5 days. It was not ready for nearly 3 weeks due to Fastsigns delays.
Once we finally received the sign, the printing on it was wrong. When this was pointed out the receptionist and sign designer had a disagreement in the parking lot in front of us as to who was at fault between them. We settled for a decal to cover the mistake. It had taken long enough already to receive the sign. No more delay was desired for this sign, so we accepted it after having enough.
Our vinyl is bubbled a bit. I also thought our vinyl will be a front sticking vinyl to be installed inside our business rather than back sticking vinyl that is installed outside. Not sure if this was an option as I wasn't given one when I order the vinyl. Otherwise, relatively easy to work with.
Proofs took forever and then they were totally wrong. It was as if no one listened at our initial meeting. Typesetting was terrible. We are long-time customers so the signs we were having made we're not new to Fastsigns just different wording.A frustrating experience all around.
