Our company here in Roanoke Va had a couple of jobs that needed to be completed in a short time. After talking to their salesman we got what we asked for and both projects looked wonderful. Everybody at our corporate office where very happy with Fastsigns work. We will be calling them again when we need more to be done.
The project was 10 days past due. These things happen, however the customer service response is unacceptable. With no explanation or even an attempt to explain why or when you can expect your project. I dont think this is a good business practice. You will not either AS CUSTOMERS turn else where. You can throw a rock and hit one of many sign operations in this valley , that have the same capabilities,price and quality. Relationships win business and life long customers. Good Luck
had to get signs re-printed several times before they were right. Communication has not been good and we have not been satisfied with the overall process. This hasnt really happened to our company, but as a first time user, has not been a good experience.
Ally has been great working with me. The sign went in and looks great. They do have to come replace the posts as they are split, has not been done yet but I should be on the books soon....once that is done all should be good....
