I was just washing winter road grime off my trucks for the umpteenth time yesterday and got to thinking about the lettering that we had done on them through Fast Signs.
When we got the new truck back in June I was looking over the two previous trucks we'd lettered and after a lot of thought and some discussion with others, it was decided that our original layout required no changes. That's a pretty solid statement for what we'd accomplished with Drew and Fast Signs. I like to have objectives done right the first time so we can just get on with other things.
Guy-style, I don't hold back with the water pressure, just hold that handle tight and spray away. A year now and no problems with the lettering staying put. And as an ancillary benefit, our crews take more care going over the sides of the truck box because they don't want to mess up the lettering along there.
We're looking to make some more purchases for 2017 that'll be rolling down the road and there's no doubt that we'll be headed straight for Fast Signs to keep us in the public eye and looking good. Thanks again and we'll see you soon. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] - C&D [LAST NAME REMOVED] Landscaping
The quality of the signs are good but the service was disappointing. We were not kept in the loop about what was happening with our signs or why they weren't being installed in a timely manner. The owner did end up giving us a discount to compensate for our disappoint with the service we received.
This is the 3rd time where my signs have been late. Original was I ordered a sign and when I came in to pick it up on the day I was told, the sign wasn't even ordered. Then I ordered shirts and was told 3-5 business days and they took 12. This time I was told 7-10 business days for my second shirt order and they took 20 business days. One of the shirts didn't have the type of lettering I wanted and all the men's shirts were the wrong size. At this point I'm very disappointed with the service I've been given and I am currently searching for a new company.
