One of our two signs was not done when we initially went to pick them up. That being said, the staff did a great job of getting a new sign created and dropped it off at our location later that afternoon, right before our event started. We really appreciated the extra effort.
The sign was designed by FastSigns exactly the way we envisioned. Working with Clark to have this done and Raoul, who installed the sign was easy and a pleasure. A year later, we had our walls repainted and FastSigns came in to remove the sign and reinstall it once the painting was done. They made it seamless for us. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend FastSigns to anyone.
The first draft of my signage order came back with over 25 mistakes and when I replied to the customer reps email with that information, the second draft came back 13 minutes later - with only 2 mistakes corrected!! The customer service rep dropped off much of the content that was needed, didn't align the wording on the signs properly - it was apparent she was not reading my email communication. The emails from the customer service rep I dealt with had a lot of incorrect spelling and she did not pay attention to my communication in the emails about the many mistakes she made. I sent a proof that had ALL correct spelling and alignment and what I received before I involved a manager was horrible. I had to involve the manager because she just wasn't making the needed corrections and I shouldn't have had to do her job for her in pointing out so many mistakes. When I finally got a good proof (4 proofs later), the same rep sent me the invoice and overcharged me for extra signage and it much more than what I paid the previous year. When I questioned it, she told me she forgot to adjust it from when she created the first draft of my order and told me they increased their prices by 4% - when I compared the pricing from the previous year, it was MUCH more than the 4% I was told. I'm very unhappy about the service from this location and you should teach your reps to spell correctly before you allow them to deal with outside customers. I will not be using FASTSIGNS ever again.
