The communications were not what I would call acceptable.
It took a lot more effort on my part to get things done that should have been done by your representative. I asked to be called on my phone with communications and got emails instead.
The project was delayed as a result of a what I consider a lack of interest by Fast Signs in the project.
I finally got the problems resolved however I had to make additional phone calls to initiate action. I have been a customer of Fast Signs for many years and this will more than likely be the last time. I did not expect such low standards in customer service.
I paid way to much for poor service but I needed the sign done in a couple of days and would have gone to another sign company if I had known how bad this experience would be. And in the end the final outcome was mediocre at best.
Renee is a wonderful employee at Fastsigns in Scottsdale. Everything I needed she was right on top of it. All the employees were just fantastic. They kept me updated on my order with emails and phone calls. Great service. Thank you Fastsigns. [NAME REMOVED], Artist at Lotus Contemporary Art.
