I had a rush job and you all did it in record time -- and did a great job as well. It turned out that I needed some decals and you all turned them around in one day.

Our banner was delivered to the Gaylord hotel front desk, but NO NAME was put on the items and it was duct-taped shut. Needless to say, it created a panic when it could not be found, and when it finally was, it was like being presented with a bag of trash. When my client called FAST SIGNS to talk to them about it, they said were verbally shamed over the phone.
I do have to say that the banner looked just fine, but the panic and customer service that resulted on the mishandling of the delivery was not worth it.
July 6th I asked for my order to be placed. I was told it would take 2-3 days for the sign to be made. July 7th I was asked for the high resolution files to create the sign. I indicated that I didn't have the high resolution files and then requested their art department create the files. No response was made as to whether or not they had an art department, but instead I was asked for the Staff Care logo, with I also sent on the 7th. I didn't receive a response until the 10th, of which FastSigns had mentioned that the logo that I sent directed them straight to a website, so I resent the logo with the hyperlink removed. I was then asked to send in PDF format, which I did. I was then told that same day that the designed was out of office on the 10th, but would be back in office on the 11th. I did not receive the proof until the 14th, in which I responded right away to have the sign made. It took until the 17th to receive a quote for the sign, in which I was given a number to call to place the deposit. I called the number and the gentleman that answered didn't know how to take payment over the phone and took my information down for Roger to call me back. I was then emailed back and told that it would take 2-3 days again for the sign to be made. I wasn't called back until the 19th to receive the deposit in order for the sign to begin. Notice that this is now 13 days after I placed my order. I was given a call saying the sign was ready on the 20th; I went to get the sign only to find out after I drove all the way there to get it that it wasn't made as ordered (it was suppose to be 1 2x10ft gator board, double sided; it was 2 2x10ft signs, single sided. They had to remake and did deliver. With a company that says it will take 2-3 business days to make and however delivers in 15 days, with zero discounts or credits made, I would be dishonest is saying I would go back to this location let alone refer to anyone.
Rodger and the rest of the FastSigns team in Southlake were great to work with. Rodger was very patient with me while I was trying to decide on just the right color for the company signs. It took several days and more than a few visits before I felt comfortable with proceeding. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him in anyway.
