I've ordered from you twice, about 5 years apart. I had a lousy experience the first time and the second time was sadly not an improvement. Your business model seems to be:
1. offer an attractive price
2. secure the order and get a down payment
3. Screw up the order and blame the customer
4. Charge extra to do what you should've done to begin with
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
