As a small business owner in the community, I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. However, I am very surprised with your response and rating as I personally spoke with you and explained our staffing challenges around the local school Spring Break schedule as many members of our staff have children out of school.
I further explained to you that the "appointment service" you received 10+ years ago from the previous owner was difficult to staff given the circumstances and I personally offered to visit your station the week of April 17th. Alternatively we requested you send pictures of your project for faster service. To date, we have not received any additional correspondence. Thus, we assumed you had found a resource that was able to achieve your time constrained sign requirement.
