On behalf of a locally owned small business in our collective community, I was disappointed to read your zero (0) rating of your experience with our business with less than supportive information on what went so wrong. We take great pride in scoring a "perfect 10 on over a thousand online surveys" and respectfully request feedback from you on what we could have done better to score a 10 out of a possible 10.
As the owner of a neighboring business (Alexandria Dunkin Donuts), I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your dissatisfaction with our highly custom and responsive service. As I understand it from talking to our team, a member of your staff (Roberto) ordered signs on a Friday (9/29) requesting a "super-fast turnaround." The team rushed the proofing process on Monday the 2nd of October and you were contacted on Tuesday the 3rd letting you know your order was ready. Further messages were left for you on Wednesday, Thursday and again on Friday only to have the order picked up on the following Tuesday, October the 10th.
