Thank you first and foremost for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. As the co-owner of a small business in the local community, I take great interest in those customers that score us a 9 or 10 (scale of 10) in their customer experience with our center. I take even greater interesting in reviewing those customers that score us a 3 out of 10.
As you can imagine, we have had 000s of customers over the 20 years the center has been open and we take great pride in our speed and customer service. Receiving a 3 is not what we expect. If we earned it, we want to improve.
In speaking with the team that completed your order, I understand that you placed the order on Monday, 12/19, received a proof on 12/21, a revised proof on 12/22 and you picked up the signs on the 28th.
As a business owner, I made the decision to allow the staff to close 4 of the 10 days for Christmas you are referencing. In the future, if you decide to use us for your yard sign requirements, please let us know of any pressing due dates as we had staff that would of made it over the holiday weekend if that is what was required.
