This location was the second sign place I tried. I was extremely disappointed with the first sign place I went to, so I was already angry when I came here. Doug and Brian assured me they could do a GREAT job and do it in a timely manner. These guys actually exceeded my expectations in every way. I cant even express how impressed I was with their work and how fast they get it done. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
The best thing about my experience using Fastsigns is that they strive to meet my signage needs with the latest innovations, fast service, knowledgeable staff, and great post sale support and service. I have had experience with the purchase of a digital sign. Fastsigns has made sure the end user gets ample training in programming and maximized use of this 21st century product. At least, two thumbs up, for Fastsigns.
I needed the signs for the Memorial Day Parade in a short amount of time and you did a great job in a timely manor!!! The Vietnam Veteran signs on the truck received some good comments along the parade route and we felt proud to display your work!! Sorry this took so long to respond back but the road to the library has been tore up for improvements and we have not been up here to use the computers for some time! I will again, at some time use your service for a couple more signs in the future. Thanks again, Marv Domaradzki, Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter # 154, 15 mile rd. Fraser, MI.
The whole process took quite some time. From the first contact it would take a week or two just to get responses each time. When everything was finally delivered, the sign on the door needed to be redone. It did not have the same quality as the others in the building and I took the rep around to show him exactly what we were expecting before we ordered. The first installers were excellent, the second were very unprofessional and didn't even have anything to clean the glass with after they applied the signs. The sign on the door still has air bubbles. We did have the main sign on the counter redone because the font was not what it looked like on the email, which was understandable but it was not noticeable in the email.
