Well, with the first sign broken, the second sign the wrong color it took a while to get it.
It would have been appreciated when the staff could not "match" the color to our branding to have notified us and discussed it instead just going ahead with it and assuming we would be okay with it. Instead they just went ahead and thank goodness I saw the sign being installed and stopped the installer from installing it because of the totally off color from our branding requirements.
He told me this was the colors they now had and and we basically had to deal with it. When I told him we would need to take our business to another sign store there seemed to be alternatives.
We finally got the right colors but it took a while. For a customer who has used your service a lot I was disappointed in the service we received.
The turnaround time has been wonderful. The company makes every effort to meet even the short timelines that we ask them to consider. The product has met our expectations and the staff are anxious to ensure you have the product that is right for your needs.
