I have been using FastSigns for the past 9 years and I have never been treated the way that I was treated with this past service. I understand that mistakes happen and I wasn't upset about the order the order being messed up. I am highly disappointed in the way that I was dealt with in store from Ms. Julia. She was extremely passive-aggressive and rude. My company spend thousands of dollars with fastsigns yearly and I am astonished at how we were dealt with as a loyal customer.
