John came out for install on two separate occasions and had to deal with a number of un-forseen issues with the area that the vinyl graphic was supposed to be placed on. He was patient and worked with us both times, first to help sand down holes left in the wood from old shelving then to help remove leftover adhesive from an old board that was previously in the spot. Throughout the process he insisted on doing the extra work (even though we told him multiple times it was fine not to) because he wanted the end product to look as good as it possibly could. His work paid off and we are very happy with the results. Thanks to John for his professionalism, attention to detail, and pride he took in his job, the graphic was a success!
