Unfortunately this is partially true. The installation was scheduled for a date and time and when we arrived the customer was not ready. We rescheduled at no charge and upon our return we found that we had made a mistake on the print, at which point we remade the graphics and returned to replace them within 48 hours while also providing a small discount for the inconvenience. I certainly wish every project was a 10, but sometimes we make mistakes that we have to fix.
