Well, you are hundreds of dollars more than the Fast Signs in Vancouver for the same piece. I asked to be alerted to when the sign would be installed and instead when the installer got to the office the called me and I wasn't available. The person in my Vancouver office went to the back room and when she came back they already had the backing off the sticker. She told them she couldn't authorize them putting it on because she knew nothing of the appointment. They put it on anyways.

Sarrah Verdier was great to work with and the signage is perfect. my only comment would be to provide new customers with mor info on the signage options - material, colors, letter styles. etc. Maybe this is available on your web page, and I missed it but directing new customers to the page, if it exists would be nice. I had all the details ironed out for my vehicle wrap and then the person I had been working with over a month getting the details down to a science, apparently left the company. There wasn't any thing to look back on, on your end to continue the process. We just had to basically start over which was very time consuming. I asked for a discount and I was given a 10% one, which was nice. When I arrived I was given a small office area to work on my laptop, or watch a movie with headphone etc. I also was offered water and shown the bathrooms. I was kept up to date the entire time and was able to critic it, or approve it.
