Your product has always been great but what I really love is the improvement in your service. Our new rep has great communication skills and does a wonderful job making things happen as quickly as he can. In our business changes happen frequently and he is able to stay on top of them and work with us while we manage the timing with our licensing entities. Amazing improvement! When we came to your company we explained what we wanted and our budget. We was quoted" Around 200 dallors after taxes" by Wade. So we agreed and budgeted for that. After all said and done the price went from 200 to nearly 300. I asked Wade why the difference in price from our quote. His response was " well when you add this and add that the price goes up." I can totally understand that. But in no way did we " Add" anything after our quote. Basically we got a bid for "A,B,and C" then when we went to pay was told we added "C to A and B " . When you are working with a tight budget for marketing this is a big deal. Also to top it all off our email on the signs we bought was missing a letter. Leading me to beleive they did not proof these. What email ever has a large blank space in the middle of it. I spotted it from a mile away. Just very disappointed in the whole experience, from the disconnect sales man wade to the signs missing letters also a few days late.
