My order got lost in someones "folder" or queue. It took 4 months to complete it. I don't excusse the coronavirus pandemic for the lack of follow through because Santoie said it was sent to the wrong queue. I understood that part but then it still took several weeks to finally get the order complete. I'm not happy about the time it took especially when the last 4 orders were finished within a week. I am pleased with the work product.
How can you make it right? Give me a credit towards the next job might be a good thing.
The representative Emma was amazing. Her communication was timely and made me feel like my business was important to her. The team that came out did a great job as well. They were quick and professional. I will definitely recommend you and also use this business in the future.
I found communication a challenge. I had to do a lot of follow up asking for proofs, when will my order be ready etc. I have found this to be the case prior to COVID-19 as well. I love the products but don't care for the process. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my feelings with you.
