Signs were not correct. Arrows pointing the wrong way. I had to wait, which I didn't have time for, for a quick fix to get a patch put on two signs. They do not look professional, they look like they were thrown together. Since I needed them for an event I did not have time for them to be redone.

Harley was a little slow to respond and did not get us the documents or proofs when she said she would. Also, the guy working in production in the back of the store was wearing a white T-shirt with a bunch of good sized holes in it. I don't have a problem with a T-shirt, but the holes were a bit much.

Lost my original request so I had to call about two weeks later. After that speed was good but the print quality was average at best
