It sounds like we let you down, and I am sorry. Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are treated courteously and that their projects are completed in a timely, efficient manner. Your feedback allowed us to catch a glitch in our graphic design software specifically in regards to spell check. We applied a patch in the system for spell check and should not experience any more spelling issues. We are also working diligently to ensure that all installations are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
