Hi Bill! Let me first just apologize for the delay on our end. At the time of your order we working with one designer for four locations as well as the designer trying to train two other people since she would no longer be with us. In looking back in your order however, it looks like some of the delay was also due to not receiving your logos until 6 days later, as well as the order not getting approved until 4 days later as well, which added over a week of extra time. It looks like you received your estimate same day you contacted us, and received your proof next day once we received your logos. I do apologize again though for anything on our behalf that may have delayed your order. We do have two new designers though so that we can move the design process along quicker. We can't wait to see you again for your next order so that we may make it up to you. Thanks!
