I placed a simple order. You took my money. You have always been so prompt with our orders. Not a word this time. I kept trying to follow up - not a word. Order was finally complete after explanation that they had BIG jobs to complete. Not very fair. You could have worked in our tiny order.

First, you offered an alternative design that you thought we might like when we just wanted what we had presented. Then when we received our sign it was not double sided as requested and had to be redone. It just wasn’t as smooth a process as we have experienced in the past. With the revisions it was a much longer process.
