My signs were first delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate that fast signs and their employees went to pick them back up, replace the ones that were missing at no charge, and delivered them to the correct address. However, this could have been avoided if they would have looked at any of my emails that have our address. Or if needed call me back to confirm our business address. Communication and attention to detail could have helped to avoid this issue.

I didn’t know exactly what size sign I needed so they offered to go to my location and measure for me. That was very helpful. They also helped me decide on the product I needed to use for the sign. The sign turned out amazing. I highly recommend!

We thought the requirement to pay in full prior to the work being done was unusual. Although professional and cordial, the installers left our door with areas still needing to be scraped from the previous decals as well as smudges. We felt like for the price paid, the door should have looked clean and free of residue. The communication could have been a little better. We were told that we were on the schedule for an afternoon and it was 2 days later when the installers showed up.
