Service was fairly prompt and professional, but I would appreciate more familiarity with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rules/regulations. There were no mistakes made, but I had to be the one to double-check the relevant laws on handicap sign placement.

Prices seem a little high, but not ridiculous. Delivery was delayed because of miscommunication within Fastsigns. I saw the possibility for the misunderstanding before it happened, and sent notice to clarify, hoping to avoid the delay and wasted materials, but it happened anyway. Lead time was 3 days, from payment to delivery. Not bad.

Communication about delays to your customers. I was told on three accounts that I would be contacted and never heard anything back from them I kept having to call and find out the status of my sign just to find out that it was things happening on their side but they never communicated with me.

I ordered my signs on Aug. 4th. They were not finished until the 21st of September. I called twice to check status and each employee told me they must have 'misplaced' the order. When I came in to pick up, the signs were done incorrectly, even though fast signs has done my signs before and has my logo on file. I live in a town 30 min away and I have come to store twice and was told to come back at later date.

The office is disorganized and we had to continually follow up with them to get quotes, proofs or schedule installation. It was like begging them to take our money/business. Last I checked, it's suppose to be the other way around in the customer service department. We had issues with all the vehicle signage installations, but were under a time crunch and accepted sub-par work. Lettering was crooked and/or not the same layout that was originally on the approved proof. When confronted with issues, the team tried to fix the issue of missing info but our company didn't have any more time to wait on them. One time after having our truck all day (dropped off at 8 am), our supervisor was called after 5 pm and told the installer did such a bad job they were going to have to remove it all. Upon picking up the truck, he realized the truck had scratches on both front doors (driver's and passenger's side) which the passenger's side had paint pen applied (looked like they were trying to hide their mistake). When confronted about the scratches, the team DENIED it was them and their EXCUSE was, "We don't even have paint pens here." I'm sorry but a brand new truck doesn't randomly show up with scratches and evidence of covering it up when it's only had ONE driver and had just been at their FASTSIGNS location. We will be taking any and all of our business elsewhere from now on.

Nice people, but the process took too long. I had to call the franchise multiple times for updates, and always had promises for a return phone call. Never did. I had to follow-up 5-6 times rather than them following up with me.
