I had a great experience with Fastsigns DC. I work for a hospital in DC and one of our satellite locations recently had a change in providers due to retirement of a physician. As we made changes to the office, we also needed to update the signage on the outside of the suite that we lease. After receiving the requirements from the management office where we lease space, I was also provided a quote by a company that they (the management company) referred.
In researching our vendors, I noticed that Fastsigns is a preferred vendor for the hospital and wanted to maintain the relationship. After providing the specs to the rep assisting me, I was given a quote that was substantially higher than what I received from the management office. I then contacted Fastsigns and thanked them for their quote but advised that I received a lower quote and therefore would proceed with the other company.
In an effort to remain a preferred vendor, Howard James (Fastsigns) contacted me and agreed to lower the quote to remain competitive and installed the sign within a couple of days of approval. The sign looks great!
