From planning of the design to final application, our experience was excellent. We were offered several options and our representative (John McGinley) was patient and knowledgeable in the design process. The work was done in a timely fashion and the price was fair.
When I got back to our office after having the vehicle decals installed, I realized that the phone number was incorrect! I had missed this on the proof. I emailed John to let him know of my mistake and to ask what we needed to do to get it fixed. John asked for our address and said that he would be happy to come fix the phone number. John came that afternoon and fixed the number on the vehicle and texted me to let me know the work had been done!
That is excellent customer service!
I will recommend Fast Signs Westerville to everyone that needs printing/sign services!
I contracted a small $160 project on Wed 3/15 and was told it could be done by Fri 3/17 and that I would get a call when it was completed. But to be able to p/u before 5:30 closing. I got a call at 5:20 to pick up.
This was a disconnect in communication. Should I have called you on Fri to check status? Yes, and I did. About 1 PM. Told it "wasn't done yet".
Just an odd way to manipulate a deadline. I needed the posters on Fri., not after work on Fri.
I have been waiting now for over three weeks to get a proposal from Fast Signs on a Parking Lot sign for our Church. It is like your company has completely dropped the ball. The last time I was in there and asked about it, "oh still trying to get some quotes"?
If I had a customer willing to pay $350-$500 for a Sign, I would be doing everything possible to get him/her the information, and or staying in communication with them.
