1. The door was not cleaned. I had asked for all tape and excisting stickers to be removed 2. The black text blends in with the door color, hard to read. I would have expected that the installer would have called me over and let me know before he installed the sticker that he recommends we use white text instead of black. This is a detail I would expect a professional catch. I would have paid for a new one and used the black one somewhere else. 3. Communication back and forth with emails was extremely poor.

It's not that you disjointed me, it's just that your processes are broken. Your verification processes slows down your finish time immensely and seems redundant. On my first order I waited over a week only to discover after I call into you that I needed to go online and approve your design after giving you an eye to eye verbal approval. I understand why you do it to put any issues back on the customer, I get it. I just feel you could do better. I'll send you an invoice for my time.
