Deliver when you say you can deliver. I was told if I approved the "proofs" by Thursday, Sept 22, the signs would be ready for pick up by Friday, September 30th. This was not the case. In fact, it was a full 3 working days later before they were ready. As these signs were scehduled to be installed out of town the weekend of October 1st, we missed our deadline. With the next weekend being Thanksgiving, the install date was pushed back again to October 15th - a full two weeks later than desired.
On the up side, the signs do look great.
I gave a project to Fastsigns with a very short lead time, and very little project direction. They provided me with an excellent finished product, and delivered it before the promised delivery date. An excellent company to deal with, I would highly recommend their products and services!
We have always have a good experience with FastSigns until recently. We ordered a banner about a month ago. The incorrect creative was used, so the banner was reprinted at your cost (which we appreciated). I was told I could pick up the banner on Wednesday, I went on Friday (2 days later) and it still hadn't been printed. The sales manager offered to have it couriered to our office today (Monday), which we again appreciated, until I got another email from Sheila saying my banner was ready for pick-up. There seems to be a huge lack of communication within the organization.
