Jon and his staff are very easy to work with. We asked for advice on what type of signs and where to put the signs. We sent Jon a Google map layout of the facility, and he sent pictures with the signs in place.
We here at York Hospital, have many signs. Sometimes; I'm given the task to update some of these or order more of the same. Delegating this task to Fast Signs is the easiest part of this task. They have a ton of different quality materials to choose from. I know the product will be done correctly & professionally. I have never been disappointed.
I'm enjoying my signs, just launched my website and hope my new business will take off when the public sees my bright, colorful and catchy signs. Thanks to Kelli for meeting with me to hash out the details, advice on colors and sizes. We had many texts, phones calls and emails in order to get the job done. I can't wait to see the results and reap the rewards. HOORAY! celebration signs (Priscilla Hoffman)
This project had some issues with it. First the proof was a disaster that clearly was retyped from what I initially provided in PDF and I was told it wasn't. The request for an original file would have made more sense and is what I ended up providing. And then the final wasn't 100% what I expected. The proof specifically pointed out the back printing areas. The entire thing was done in that format. I know there was a conversation about having the individual names on the front so it would be easy to add people through the years. I guess when we need to add names we will have to take the entire sign down to do so. Hopefully this is something we can still do in house as it will be annoying to transport back and forth to Fast Signs.
I still would recommend you, however it definitely seems like there is less communication happening. The outside MANTEC sign is another example of that.
