The communication between us was not clear. I approved 2 of the 4 designs and asked for 2 signs. I then rang to request a time estimate for delivery and was given a couple of dates which were not achieved. I then called to chase and then 4 signs arrived, which I reluctantly accepted, having approved and asked for two!
We had major issues with communication and time keeping. After we discussed what we wanted and when we wanted it by we didn't hear any thing and had to keep chasing up with members of staff. It turned out that our order had not even been sent to the design team after two weeks of waiting, which was when we had hoped that it would be complete for. We were then reassured that it would be a priority and that someone else was taking it over so we wouldn't have anymore issues but unfortunately it was the same story. Even putting the sign u in the window was a ridiculous hassle as the man was very late and once again we were left chasing things up. We expected the company to be able to stick to deadlines, be realistic with time scales and be contactable. We had no issues with the actual sign, however the customer service was very poor and the whole process should not have been as stressful as it was.
The quality was good but service was a bit disorganised and chaotic. Had to return for corrections and seemed rushed/busy perhaps more jobs on than can manage.
That said, very happy with the finished product!
Design service was fine. Signs are what we wanted. Installation team were fantastic.
The whole project ran 3 weeks late because of the office team.
I had to ring the office every day for 5 days because nobody ever called back. In the end I gave up and waited for Jonathan Canty to get married and have his honeymoon before anything got resolved. Poor service?
I have been using Fast signs for a number of years and they have always been helpful, obliging and deliver excellent service. Even if I need to get a proof amended, they are helpful and will always strive to get it just right.
