Felix Rudberg is an excellent realtor. This was my first house, and Felix was very helpful in walking me through the steps of house-buying. With each house visit, he would discuss with me things like the age of the utilities, the structure, the neighborhood, and much more. He would honestly tell me if he didn't like something about the house, which I found most valuable, as I didn't know what *not* to look for. Felix recommended me a house I didn't intend to visit, and that house ultimately was the one I bought. It wasn't as finished as the houses I chose, but it had a lot of potential for improvement, and it's in a much nicer neighborhood than I would've ever expected. After an offer was made, Felix and the mortgage lender arranged for the home and drain inspections, and kept me updated throughout the lending process. If you're a first-time home buyer, I highly recommend Felix Rudberg as your realtor. You'll be thankful of his honesty and genuine interest in what you look for in a house.
