I can’t say enough good things about Felix and Felix‘s bike shop. He went above and beyond. I have been searching for hand cycle that would work with my disability. I have tried many and none have worked well. I was hesitant to order the bike that Felix had on his website sight unseen so he made sure that the hand cycle was in his store for me to try! He let me test it out to make sure I was comfortable and the handcycle worked before I purchased it. There aren’t many people who would go out of their way to help someone like that. The hand cycle is perfect for me and he even went out of his way to find accessories that would work with the hand cycle. Best experience with top notch customer service! If you need anything bicycle related, Felix is your man.
