The first 24 hours there was a couple occasions where my dog didn’t get up to go outside to potty and the sitter didn’t pick him up and take him out so we went a very long stretch of time without going potty. I talked to her after seeing this in the notes and told her to make sure he goes outside every visit and there wasn’t a problem after that.
The pictures and update on the status of our dog. The care from the walkers. Paula provides information when our dog had abnormalities and offered to check back. It’s that caring that makes your service worth every penny.
The home office is very responsive. The technology that enables the walk / service updates is great- I love to get the service summary and pictures. The staff really care about our animals and provide great service and great communication- shout out to John B. and Isa S.!
I was given the opportunity it to meet with our sitter ahead of time and she is very responsible. It was obvious from the start that our pets benefit from her visits.
Communication is excellent with Fetch. I trust them.
