Thank you for your feedback! Client consultations are always complimentary with confirmed service. We ask our prospective clients to do their due diligence on pricing, reputation and make a decision so we can then match the client with one of our walkers. All of this was done for you. Our terms of service were also provided in advance which outlined this policy.
In this instance we wrote to check on the reasons the service was canceled and were told it was due to finding a package that was a better fit. The $20 fee covers the payroll time as well as the administrative time it took to set up the client.
