I like that when I request a service it is usually assigned very quickly so I don't have to wait and have anxiety if it will be accepted. Every person that has taken care of my dog has been wonderful and she likes them all. I like the ease of the scheduling system. I like the follow-up after a service with the GPS map and the journal with notes about the service and pictures. I was also referred to Fetch from my friend who uses your services in NOVA for her cat.

Predictable, well-priced, and high-quality service. Our usual Fetch cat sitter is wonderful and has treated our pet with great kindness and affection. She is prompt, thorough, and takes excellent photos and sends us lovely summaries of our pet’s day while we’re away. Fetch provides peace of mind and one less thing to worry about when we’re on the road without our best girl!

We have always had great experiences using Fetch. We love how we can see exactly when our cats were visited and see photos of them while we're away. One of the sitters we had through Fetch we worked with for several years until she recently moved out of the area. She became a friend and someone we relied upon and our cats came to love. This was our first time using a new sitter since our old sitter moved away and Rebecca was a fantastic and we definitely hope to be able to work with her again! :)
