Prompt response to requests. Availability and back up coverage when needed. Obvious love of dogs among dog walkers/sitters. Professionalism in all interactions. Flexibility in having dog walkers/sitters meet me and my dog before providing service for first time. Just all around great and gives me complete reassurance that my dog is in great hands when I'm at work or away!!

It is so easy to schedule a pet sitting - send and e-mail and voila! Payment is always processed in a timely manner and not until after the pet sitting service is completed. I am SO happy that we switched pet sitting services - Fetch! makes everything simple. The best part about Fetch! is the pet sitter, Julie. She is AMAZING. I feel completely comfortable every time I go out of town because I know my cats are in the best of hands. She genuinely cares about them!

I am very happy with my first experience as a Fetch! client! Our sitter Maria was wonderful with our cat while we were on vacation for a week. We really appreciated the care & attention she gave our cat, and the daily updates she sent us. This is the first time we've used a professional pet sitter for our first cat. Having met Maria prior to our vacation for a consultation, we knew our cat would be in good hands. Setting up the service was straightforward and quick. Overall a very positive experience. Would not hesitate to use Fetch! Pet Care in the future.

We liked that our dogs were able to stay in our home and maintain their routine. It was also nice to have an almost overnight service that let the dogs have max sitter time without needing someone to stay in our home overnight.

I think it's extremely disrespectful to charge for the consultation, if you do not use the service. The point of a consultation is to make sure that it fits the needs of the client and the dog. There should not a fee if Fetch! and its walkers are not up to par with customer and they do not book.

Thank you for your feedback! Client consultations are always complimentary with confirmed service. We ask our prospective clients to do their due diligence on pricing, reputation and make a decision so we can then match the client with one of our walkers. All of this was done for you. Our terms of service were also provided in advance which outlined this policy. In this instance we wrote to check on the reasons the service was canceled and were told it was due to finding a package that was a better fit. The $20 fee covers the payroll time as well as the administrative time it took to set up the client.
