We love Fetch! The staff is always courteous and friendly, our dog walkers Dawn and Teri are caring and loving to our Maltese Zelda and the owner Andy goes above and beyond in accommodating any concerns or issues that we may have. The App is awesome to use and feedback is provided to us with GPS tracking along with pics and a narrative of their walk and time spent with our dog. Highly recommend!🐶

Linda, our wonderful Petsitter, is great with our cat. She has never let us down, keeps us informed on how our fur baby is doing and is just a lovely lady. We never worry when we are away because we know Linda will look after Oliver the same way we do.

Jack and I met our main walker, Dawn, before she and Jack started their walks. Dawn is so caring and attentive to Jack. We have three "sub" walkers who relieve Dawn on occasion and all three, Danette, Terry and Amy (and occasionally Andy) are wonderful dog people! Check with Jack - his tail just about wags off when I tell them his Dog Walker is coming as he knows them all by name and he is eager to go. Our dog walkers are so accommodating and absolutely kind people. We are so blessed to have found them! Marge Rose + Jack

We have had a very positive experience with Fetch! Pet Care Castle Rock! We recently moved to Colorado and needed to find a cat sitter for our elderly kitty who is on daily meds. We were very impressed with how professional and thorough the Fetch administrators are, as they took the time to explain their services so we could select the one that worked best for us. We love how they designate one sitter per household, and that the sitter (Danette) took the time to come meet us and our pet. We received daily updates with photos while we were away, and our kitty looked very happy and was well taken care of! Danette even proactively reached out to ask if we wanted her to water our plants, too! We highly recommend Fetch! Pet Care Castle Rock to anyone looking for a great pet sitter!

I love the peace of mind it gives me knowing my pet is in good hands. They are very easy to work with . My sitter plays with my cat and interacts with her , not just feeding , but just being with her and giving her love and attention while I’m away .
