Everything about the service was fantastic! From the meet and greet prior to our services, to the services themselves - all great! Our service provider provided updates at each home visit, and asked thoughtful questions when she had a concern. It was reassuring to know that our furbabies were in excellent hands when we had to be away from home. I give FetchPetCare of Schaumburg a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend, and will definitely be using them again!

Very caring for animals. Sent me photos of my cats at every visit. That's hard to do since my cats hide if a stranger comes in the house. I was very impressed that the owner came along for the meet and greet. I would use Fetch again if I needed a pet sitter.

I love the professionalism of it all! I picked Fetch because I saw the sitters were all licensed/bonded/insured. Leaving my home unattended with a stranger coming in was was a big concern of mine. But then the added bonus of meeting the sitter Seri with Joe there, the app I could download, all of the journals, it was way better than I expected. I also loved my sitter Seri. She was so sweet, interactive with me in the journals, and really great to my cats. Overall I’m so glad I did this and I’ll never go back to any other way!

We have been trying the service for less than a month, but so far I’m very pleased with Fetch Pet Care. Your services have provided me with ease of mind while I go to work and my dog continues recovering from knee surgery. Our pet care taker (Corrine) has been an absolute pleasure and my dog loves her. He’s very shy around new people and he opened up quickly with her. I love the diary feature and the ease to book services thru the app.

Only a few days in of the 16 days of service. Mariana is caring and sends good journal entries. She is taking care of 2 adult cats, one which is being more social than the others. Will be interesting to see how much progress is made by the end of the care.
