Our cat sitter, Elaine. She is the only cat sitter our cats have ever had. They are now 14 years old. I think they are somewhat familiar with her. She is always dependable.

Fetch is consistently reliable, responds to questions, and we’ve had the same pet sitter for years (Mike). He is great with the dogs, they like him, and he likes them (another always easy…). Mike responds fast to unexpected delays too - our flight was maybe cancelled this last trip and he replied immediately to our text to ask if he could feed the dogs in the morning… then, a few hours later when we got on another flight, and we let him know we were coming home he replied he would skip and was glad we were coming home. I very much like the lockbox concept too… we’ve never had Mike not able to come, but if he wasn’t, someone from Fetch could check on the dogs. We feel comfortable that the dogs are well cared for when we’re gone. Highly recommend Fetch.

Easy to book online. Sitters are professional and dependable. Jennifer has been our primary sitter for several years. She’s the best! She takes the time to coax our scaredy-cat out from her hiding places and takes the time to play with her—even if she doesn’t always play back! I worry about our cat being alone for long periods of time, but I like how Jennifer keeps us informed on each visit to the house via texts, photos, and Fetch Journals. She is awesome.

Samantha ( our pet sitter) did an excellent job. She gave our dog who has medical issues loving, personalized care. Our sitter, Samantha, was exceptional. Suzy filled in a couple of days. The cats, and plants, were well cared for. We often received reports and photos. Fetch is amazing! They are quick to respond when I request for a pet visit to be scheduled. I have great comfort in knowing someone will be caring for my fur baby with just as much love and affection that I have. I never worry about Fetch taking care of my fur baby while I’m not able to be home. Samantha is amazing, she is great at messaging me and sending cute pictures of my dog during her visits.

Karla did a wonderful job taking care of my two dogs. She was punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and loving with my pets. I was able to enjoy my trip out of the country without worrying because Karla takes such good care of my dogs. I even received daily updates, pictures or videos of my pets! Whenever I travel I will use Fetch to care for my pets for the foreseeable future. I highly highly recommend this service!
