Shelby did a great job taking care of the house and our kitties. They are all very shy and she made sure to find all 3 and take a photo for our online family journal. She was thorough in cleaning up food and litter areas. I liked that she called once to ask a question; it was good to have a chat with her. I then felt comfortable to call her with a question later on. I appreciate the online account journal. I have been pleased with Fetch!

They're so attentive to every detail in the pet care instructions, take the time to play with our cats so they really get the love we can't give them when we're away, and being able to see a whole journal entry including pictures while we're away really provides peace of mind and a smile when we miss our pets!

Fetch caregivers provided care for our kitten, Lulu, for five days. This is the first time we left Lulu alone. During our 30 minute meet and greet, we met Fetch owner, Reva, and Pat, Lulu's caregiver. Reva and Pat were so pleasant and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. While we were away, Pat and Reva provided daily updates and photos regarding Lulu's care. They went above and beyond to care for Lulu and to assure me that she was being well taken care of while I was away. I would definitely recommend Fetch pet care!
