Kelly was my cat's sitter. She was very communicative, followed my instructions, and it sent me pictures of my cat each day. I was anxious leaving my cat for the first time for several days, but she seemed happy with Kelly!
We were slightly disappointed with our sitter and her responsiveness. It took a few days of back and forth to get her to commit to a time to come by when we repeatedly informed her that we were under big time constraints. She cancelled on the Sunday before we left and did not seem to have a sense of urgency to reschedule when the latest we could meet was Tuesday 4:45 p.m. She came on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. and although she was polite she seemed confused about the time/schedule/and requests made even though we had texted back and forth about the times/days/etc. We didn't receive photos or an email until two days after the service began when we requested it. Our cat had an "accident" while we were gone which has never ever happened even when we left her last year for 10 days and had to have a sitter which makes us concerned about how interactive her visits were.
My experience with Fetch! is always top notch! It's easy, seamless and the care my cats receive is the best. Their sitters truly LOVE animals and it shines through. Traveling is so much easier now that I know my pets are in good hands when I'm gone!
While in Costa Rica, we had a problem with our sitter. This person was scheduled to come twice a day. They were only coming once a day.
When we confronted this sitter, she resigned to Fetch for the duration of our trip.

We were very happy with the replacements. Fetch stepped up in a very difficult situation and resolved the issue.
