We appreciated meeting Paromita before our service and having her interact with our dogs. I also liked that she was able to spend the night and provided care at various points throughout the day. We received pictures and videos throughout our time away and knew our dogs were loved and taken care of!
Jennifer went above and beyond what we could have expected while she made visits to our pets while we we away. She always kept us up to date on the status of our elderly dog that was having serious trouble while we we gone. She gave extra care to him that was very much appreciated while we were gone and our beloved dog was struggling. It was definitely difficult to deal with from a far and wish things weren’t going as they were with our dog. Jennifer did all she could to best set us at ease as much as she possibly could. We couldn’t ask for anything better.
Debbie was very nice and seemed to enjoy taking care of our kitty. There were no problems and Maggie was fine when we returned.I was pleased to receive a daily text with an update. It is good to have a petsitter who is used to cats and likes them! They can tell. And they really do need someone who will pay some attention to them. Thanks!
I like that you offer in home pet care and that your pet sitters keep the owners updated with pictures and text messages. It felt good to know that my cat was comfortable at home while we were away, but he was getting played with and taken care of.
I appreciate the emails when the caregiver takes care of my pet. We've used the same person - which is great - the past two times. And that's nice to have that familiarity. (We have a new person for the upcoming holiday, which isn't bad - but does give an unsettling sensation of "I hope this is as good"). Our caregiver has been fantastic and our pets are always happy when we get home.
[FIRST NAME REMOVED] is someone who I can trust to take care of my little babies, with all of their different personality traits. It's a big deal for me to trust others looking after my pups with the nuances, etc., but she seems to totally get it!
