I received the best service. My cat sitter Susan Novac brought me such peace of mine when I was in rehab. My cats that are scared of strangers loved her. Susan sent me pictures and videos, and let me talk to them on the phone. I could always count on her to come, never had to worry, and I believe she went above and beyond. The owner is also very friendly and helpful, and explained to me get set up in their Portal or if I had questions.. I would definetely tell someone to use this company. I already gave a couple families that I use to cat sit for before my injury Fetch's info, one used Susan and also loved her and thanked mf for telling of the company and Susan. I am sure I will be using then again, hopefully for something fun and not a broken femur or any injury.

Very personable. Jammie will go out of his way to find a good sitter for your pets. Luckily, we have had the same sitter, Becky, who has so warmed up to our cats, I feel jealous 😙. The pricing is reasonable. We won’t use anyone else.

This company is amazing. Our sitter did a pre-visit so we could get to know her. She was so personable and really took her time to understand all the little things we do for our animals. While we were gone she visited 2 times a day for 30 minutes. Each visit we got video and pictures. On the very last day we got a "EMAIL" from our cat... it was super funny and sweet. Its these little extras that make the whole experience so amazing. Its also very affordable. Finally we have peace of mind when we leave for trips.

Personalized care. The sitters meet with you and your pets before the first sitting session to establish pet likes/dislikes/habits. The daily photos are reassuring as well - sometimes you just have to *see* that your pets are doing well!
