Both pet sitters were prompt and handled things well, even in the inclimate weather. They treated my senior dog well. The staff was very responsive to my texts and calls. I had a last minute need for their services and they came through for me. They provide you a journal of each visit with photos of the dog .

I love the daily log/journal that show how long of a walk they took and how long they were there. On the few occasions that I was home when the walkers came by, they were always very polite and professional. Based on the photos in each log, I can tell my dog really likes the walks and the time that they spend with her. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and neighbors.
