Fetch has been wonderful for us! We had a baby in November and wanted to ensure our pups would still get the attention they need. They love their walks with Jason, and we have appreciated having the extra help! Jason is very friendly and has been super flexible with schedule changes. We enjoy reading the journal entries he provides after each walk and are so happy to see our pups having fun with him.

Emily was a wonderful sitter. She sent us daily updates on our kitties and lots of pictures. This was our longest trip away from them and Emily made sure to shower us with pictures and let us know how they were doing each day. She followed all of our instructions and we were very happy to see full bowls of food and water when we arrived back home. We have had experiences in the past with another sitter that wasn't so pleasant and came home to bare food bowls. Emily was really wonderful and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a caring sitter for their fur babies.

We feel so fortunate to have established a wonderful relationship with Fetch; I travel frequently for my job as well as personal travel and Fetch allows me to feel that my dogs are safe and happy. Lorrie and her team respond immediately to any questions are to revise a service and they simply take the BEST care of our babies.
They are truly one of the best things about moving to Des Moines!!

I couldn't be happier with Fetch! Pet Care. I have had a daily walk for my for dog for 2 years with the same dog walker, Gabriel and I can't say enough great things about him and the service. Fetch, as a service, has come through when I had unusual situations and needed special services—they work with me to figure it out. Gabriel is reliable, and completely gives my dog whatever he needs that day. As a senior dog, he sometimes (often) just wants some belly rubs and attention before going out, but when warmer weather hits he loves to meander and sniff the flowers with Gabriel. Gabriel's patience and true love for what he does comes through in the daily notes. He even once went out to buy batteries for my garage door opener when he couldn't get in even though I told him he could skip the visit! For me, it's complete peace of mind knowing my dog is taken care of when I have long work days and worth every penny.
