Andrew is very knowledgeable about not only the mechanics of my bike but also the electronics and the interface of the two. He is professional and personable. For me his goal seems to be to make every riding experience on my bike a joy. Andrew has been our bike mechanic since he was working out of his van. We would not go anywhere else for the maintenance, repair and advise on new bikes and sales than Fetty Cycling.

What I like about the service is that Andrew Fette is always available and helpful whenever I have a question about a product and if he knows the answer we are good and if he doesn't he will get the answer for you. Example, I wanted an extra battery for my E-bike, Andrew wasn't sure of the price and he admitted he will have to call it in to get a price from the manufacture which I find to be exempilary as most business will just throw out a figure and say it's about that and when the product comes in it's no where near the quote.... so this is one of the very many reason I like to use Andrew Fette and Fetty Cycle. As for the products, they are top of the line... I have had people ask me where I got my e-bike because they are top notch and I always send them to Fette Cycle...
