Such a friendly school!! The staff makes the school such a wonderful place to be! Ms. Zink plans activities for all the ages in her room. She thinks about the 5-6 year olds to make sure they are engaged and also thinks of my 10 year old and what will interest him and won’t make him bored! She plans wonderful field trips for the summer that my son still talks about even 1 year later! The natural playground makes outdoor fun and lets kids be kids and use their imagination! We love FOD!!

We’ve had a really positive experience overall, which is why we rated the center a 9 out of 10. Our son has had some truly wonderful teachers who clearly care about the children. They make him feel safe, loved, and excited to be there, and it’s been very meaningful to us as parents to see him so happy at drop-off and pick-up. The warmth and dedication of the teachers have been the highlight of our experience.
A few areas that could make the experience a 10 for us would be continued focus on teacher retention, as consistency in caregivers is so important for young children and families. We would also appreciate continued improvements to the food menu with a focus on healthier options, as well as more frequent deep cleaning of certain areas (for example, bottle refrigerators and similar shared equipment).
Overall, we are very grateful for the care our son receives and the relationships he has built with his teachers.

I have loved having my kids in an environment where they not only learn academically but socially. They enjoy going to school each day. I have been able to drop them off with confidence that they are being nurtured and cared for by the amazing staff at FOD Baxter! I am beyond appreciative of all that is being poured into them each day.

I love teaching here at Field of Dreams Baxter. I teach the young infant classroom and have been at this school for 14 years. The infant classroom feels like home. We have a relaxing atmosphere in the classroom and it is so calming to the infants. I build a bond with each baby and establish trust through love and snuggles. We take the time to rock the babies and help them with milestones! The sleeping area is my favorite! I love FOD Baxter!

We love that our son is so happy at school that he asks about his teachers and classmates on the weekends. He often surprises us with things he has learned, which shows the quality of teaching and time put into each student. And we appreciate the candor and open feedback on growth opportunities so that we can practice at home.

Field of dreams was great for my oldest (10) he was so prepared for school! We came back with my 3 year old, and I have noticed some changes. Negative and positive but overall we have had a wonderful experience! Also the butterfly path teachers at the Baxter location have been absolutely amazing!!!!!

Best tour experience I’ve had and really love how organized management is. I even got a nice gift at the end of the tour that I’m using right now for my baby. I’m excited for my kids and I have a peace of mind knowing they are in good hands. Thank you for the wonderful service and excellent quality daycare.
