Gym is kept tidy by staff and members and in good working order. Previously used a different gym where this wasn't the case so this makes a big difference.

Friendly, sense of community. As a newbie to the gym was treat with a warm welcome and a friendly approach which really helped as I was apprehensive at first. Great staff, great customers. Love it!!

Lovely gym environment where members behave themselves and don’t slam down equipment and re-rack weights. Quality equipment too and friendly staff. Would highly recommend to others, and trust me I’ve been to many different gyms around Sheffield/Rotherham and this is by far the best 🙂
