I love how hands on Ms. Marcia and Ms. Gaby are with the children every day. Their activities have a lot of intention and I’ve seen so much development in Ellie since she joined last August. Every interaction is so personal and I know everyone at first steps genuinely cares about Ellie and her family.

From the very first day we walked into First Step International Academy, we felt at home. There is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. At the front desk, Eliana always greets us with a kind smile and a warmth that truly makes a difference. It’s something we genuinely appreciate every single day. Aura, the director, is always present and attentive. She brings a sense of calm and reassurance throughout the entire process, and it’s clear that she knows each and every child, which is truly special. We also see how she is not only attentive to the children, but to the entire staff, making sure everyone feels supported, comfortable, and cared for. That gives us so much confidence, because when the team is happy, everything runs better. She is always available for any questions, and whenever we reach out, she responds quickly, kindly, and professionally. And when you walk into the classroom, all you feel is love. Marcia, Gabi, and Ari are truly exceptional teachers—caring, patient, and deeply dedicated to what they do. You can see their passion in the way they care for each child, always attentive, making sure every child feels safe, loved, and happy. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for creating such a beautiful environment every day. They have made Luna’s transition such a positive, smooth, and loving experience!!

I love how interactive the teachers are with the students. There is structure and it amazes me to see my 2 year old so disciplined and structured. They have weekly cooking projects and the littles get to participate in everything! All three of my children have gone here.

Miss Angy is AMAZING. She truly connects with the children on another level and is passionate about what she does. She is very good at teaching children about their emotions and communication, it’s always surprising when my son comes home being able to express what he is feeling. I don’t think I could find any better teacher who could love and care for my son like Miss Angy does.

What I love about my daughter’s school experience is how welcoming and nurturing her teachers are. Ms. Angy is a very professional, organized, and loving teacher who greets each child with a hug and makes them feel truly welcome. Knowing that my daughter is in such caring hands for eight hours gives me complete peace of mind. I also appreciate the creative activity planning—everyday activities are engaging, thoughtfully prepared, and it’s clear from the photos that the kids genuinely enjoy them. I can see my daughter’s progress in speaking, gross motor skills, and overall development—she’s thriving! At just 2.5 years old, she follows instructions very well. Both Ms. Angy and Ms. Pilar are dedicated, caring, and excellent teachers. I would definitely recommend Pre-K 2 to any family.

I absolutely love it! Dropping off Georgina every morning is such a joy. She’s greeted with so much warmth and enthusiasm that she immediately lights up. The moment we arrive, she runs straight to her teachers with the biggest hugs and the happiest smile. Even on days when she wakes up a little cranky or not in the best mood, the teachers are incredibly patient and attentive. They always find a way to turn her day around with kindness, play, and gentle care. It’s clear how much effort they put into making every child feel safe, loved, and welcomed from the very first moment. As a parent, it gives me such peace of mind knowing my daughter is in such caring and dedicated hands. I can truly see how much she loves her teachers and her daycare. They don’t just watch the kids, they nurture them, celebrate their little milestones, and create a happy, positive environment every single day. Thank you Ms. Pilar and Ms. Angie for making my daughter’s early years so wonderful! I'm so grateful for the entire team.

School experience is great. I love the teachers and the atmosphere around the kids. Everyone is always radiant and caring for the little ones. Ms Angie and Ms Pilar go beyond my expectations in their creativity and abilities to entertain the kids every day making the class fun and interesting while still providing a safe environment. In short, the overall care and dedication my kid receives at school is priceless as they learn and explore new things every day.
