There’s a good atmosphere at the gym. The staff is excellent. They make you feel welcome. Alyssa, Nick, Kira, all excellent. You have top notch trainers although the loss of Josh is a serious loss to the gym. He was truly exceptional. Nick is my trainer and working with has done so much for me. As tired as I am in hearing about the steam room, I have to admit it does bring in members and is very important to current members. You really should get it fixed.

I like the group fit classes especially the palates classes. I wish there were more than one per week. The inductors are friendly and helpful. Some of the classes are way too loud. If you could please turn the volume down. That is my only suggestion. Thank you

I appreciate that your staff is very friendly, welcoming ( Josh always greets me by name… thank you ) and facilities are clean and in working order ( ladies rooms very clean ) . Parking is ample and hours are great ! I had a personal trainer when I first joined and he helped me get started on my fitness journey!!! I’m so glad I joined Fit Factory and you will be, as well !!!
