I like the fact that it's not packed with people sitting on machines texting. I like the amount of equipment, the variety of equipment, the friendly staff always willing to help. I like the prices!!! I love the fact there's a very small women's workout room. I like the classes offered. What needs addressing: there are no ceiling fans in the women's workout room. There's one floor fan with a broken fan blade. It's a small room that gets stuffy. Either one ceiling fan or a couple more floor fans would help. There is no wall clock in this room. That would be helpful.

The gym is kept clean and the equipment in working order. The staff is friendly and helpful. The organized classes are prompt and well-run. I especially enjoy the FFIT class, it's a great workout that includes functional core work, strength and cardio all in one class.

I have been going to Fit Factory for almost a year now. Work out 5 days a week and really like the facility, staff and members. I have been working with a trainer for several months and the results have exceeded all expectations. I look forward to pushing my goals to the max.
