The workout schedule provides a lot of flexibility for those of us whose personal schedules are very full, and the workouts themselves are effective and fun.
Chad, Nick, Jessica and Matt are wonderful coaches/motivators and very innovative when an exercise modification is needed.
It's 30 minutes of intense workout! Each day works on different parts of your body! Convenient (All different times)! And most of all the people that work there! There are only 4 instructors but they are ALL AMAZING!
Workouts are always different, great for all fitness levels and fun! Trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and hold members accountable while offering advice and encouragement. Best gym I've ever joined.
Most motivating gym.The trainer that instructs the class helps you out fully.I was sore from doing leg day, and he helped me find a new technic to stretch my calfs.He showed me with a ball.You put it under your calf to help stretch, and you let it move around your sore mucles.The instructes are educational in all fields of building to become better.The classes you can feel the results which if you feel it.You know you are going to have results.I love this gym.It has everything that inspires me to workout and achieve my fitness goals.

I think that it is great that you get a great workout in thirty minutes and I feel great after. With the busy days after work it is great to get rid of stress. And all the trainers are great with working with my knee problems. If I can't do an exercise they will give me something else that I can do without having pain. And I am not losing out in getting a great workout. I appreciate that very much.
I like the individual attention even in a group setting and the friendly, supportive staff. The members are welcoming also and a 30 min workout kicks my butt and is just enough. I actually look forward to going to the gym.
