I was very happy with the sales person, Steve. He gave me several bikes to test ride and explained the differences between each bike. I was looking at an entry level E bike, but after riding several I decided to go a level higher, because the power delivered by the Specialty bike was superior to the entry level bike, I purchased that product. It was explained to me that a yearly service was included with the purchase. I was very pleased Fitness Central stands with there products the sell.
