I like the convenience of this gym and the easy access to the equipment. I'm currently under the supervision of a Personal Trainer and feel confident that my Trainer is focusing on my goals, as well as matching the types of exercises with my age group.

The equipment is new; I've never encountered a broken piece of equipment. The personnel are available and helpful. There is a good selection of group fitness classes every day. The gym, restrooms and showers are clean. The membership price is reasonable; there are no high pressure tactics to join and no games. The Holmdel location is in the beautiful Bell Works building.
