There is a lot of different types of equipment for all parts of the body so you rarely have to wait for a machine. I also like the availability of classes and I work out with a personal trainer twice a week.

The equipment is nice and laid out well. Staff is friendly. The club is clean and not that busy during the day.

Clean, machines always work and love the location making it easy to get there every other day. Best gym in my over 40 years of "gyming". The only gripe is the socializing that is done while the members sit on the machine. It can go on for 15 minutes at times holding up the machines. Do we need a socializing designated area? Such as a picnic table/bench nearby?

I like the cleanliness of the facility, the equipment is in good working order and modern. I like the classes, especially the zumba and power hour classes. There is a good variety of classes and convenient times.

I like FF very much. I usually come in at 2-3 pm. The only thing is that the kids come in at 3:30 or so and they can be bit annoying, dropping weights, socializing, rough housing equipment. So I try to time it earlier in the afternoon. Otherwise Fitness Factory is the best gym around. I have membership at LA Fitness at Cliffwood too and I prefer Fitness Factory. The attendants are polite, the equipment are kept clean and functioning. The TV connections on the trade mills are spotty and can cut out - (3rd and 4th from the left). But there are always others available.
