The gym is huge! That makes it very comfortable to workout. There are always wipes and paper towels, the restroom is spotless and the equipment I have used is clean and well kept.

Great place, clean, and not too crowded. The owners are hands on, they’re personal trainers as well which is amazing. My son and his wife cancelled their membership in lifetime gym and joined FF. My wife will be joining as well.

I've belonged to a lot of gyms but yours is the best! It's clean, it's convenient. And you have lots of equipment to share. Only negative is the guy who gets on a machine and then starts scrolling. Some people just sit and space out. Or talk on their phone. I can't take it. I just work out a different body part and give him the evil eye.

I love the options to come from 5 am until late. I love that there is a spin class in the morning (just joined the gym) and I would like to start that on Tuesdays soon! I really like that fact that the gym has low levels of people though the day so I don't feel intimidated going (as a woman it's hard to feel safe in the gym). I really like this gym! The staff and everything is going well.
