I do not use the services offered. I only work out in the weight rooms both upstairs and downstairs. However, the new heavy bags and speed bag are a great addition to an already good fitness facility. The equipment selection and free weights more than anyone would need, I personally think it is one of the best gyms in the area.

The staff is very attentive to the members needs and are all very courteous. Facility is very clean. I was never a gym person, but this gym makes it a very comfortable environment to work out. Manager/Owner Charlie is always making improvements from new equipment to food/supplements and apparel available to members. He is also a great trainer. This gym is top notch.

I like the classes offered at this facility, mostly yoga and Zumba classes. I have not used the equipment yet since they are much newer than I have used to. So, I may need more exploring before I will give a try with the weight equipment. All staff members are friendly. Place is really clean. One time a class was cancelled after I waited for 10 min. A couple of times, I was called or notified via email that classes were cancelled. I liked to be notified before I was heading down to the facility.

There is a lot of amazing aspects of the gym. The equipment is good and clean, the staff is wonderful, the shake bar is good, the to-go meals are amazing and I like the selection of drinks and protein bars. Also, the location, being within Bell Works, is very nice.

I love my Fitness Factory! I hadn’t been there in a while and was so happy to be back there. It’s a beautiful gym great equipment and nice members. I noticed people are not cleaning the equipment after using it which is disappointing. A few years back I would see attendants cleaning the equipment and the wiping down the floors it maybe something you may want to bring back to keep the gym immaculate. It’s one of the main reasons why I come to FF. It’s a beautiful overall clean gym. Lifetime has nothing that I can’t get at my FF.
