Fitness Factory has been my home for quite some time now. The paid-in-full membership option has been a great money saver for me. They went through a period with some really poor employees and management, but things have completely turned around. Now they have a great team in place—people who greet you when you walk in, genuinely care about your progress, and make sure equipment gets fixed as quickly as possible. It’s a much better experience overall, and I’m glad to see the positive changes.

I have already recommended Fitness Factory in Palisades Park to a couple of people. The equipment is always kept clean as is the facility as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. For anyone wanting to use free weights, machines, aerobic equipment(bicycle / stair master / treadmill), I highly recommend. Note though, they do not have classes, and you have to walk up stairs to get into the gym itself.

Fitness Factory is always on top on cleanness and equipment maintenance. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a sign suggesting that cell phones tripods is not blocking walking areas for other patrons at the gym.
