I like the shakes offered at the front desk. They are very tasty! I like the front desk personnel. They are very friendly. Nancy is awesome! I like the new cardio equipment as well. It was very much needed.

Fitness factory (formerly Club Metro) has character that can’t be replicated by any other gym. I was a member at Lifetime Fitness, HealthQuest, YMCA and many others over the years. Fitness factory always felt like home at an affordable price. With many new pieces of equipment the gym is really making an effort to improve.
