I am 55 years old and had never been to a gym. The staff of Joanne, Nancy, and Nicole (I hope I got the names right) were so welcoming and helped me begin my fitness journey. The other customers in the gym were also friendly, and I feel that positive energy in the facility.

Nancie! She is always helpful, kind, funny and the best thing about the gym. Everything else is about the same as every other gym I've been a member of. What is up with the crappy brown paper towels now. They are like trying to use writing paper to wipe my hands and the machines off.
